Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in pristine condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

Indivora reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our quality standards.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or promotional merchandise
  • Made-to-order or customized designs
  • Select categories such as intimate wear or accessories (if applicable)

Effortless Returns

To initiate a return:

  • Write to us at support@indivora.com with your order details
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions
  • Once approved, a pickup will be arranged or return guidance will be provided

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated after a quality inspection of the returned product
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds are issued via secure digital transfer only
  • Customers may choose:
    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
    • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Kindly ensure accurate details are shared to avoid delays.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days post approval.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges exclusively for:

  • Size concerns
  • Damaged or defective items

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear images/videos to enable swift resolution

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible
