  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors

We strive to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer complimentary shipping on prepaid orders (optional — adjust if needed)
  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on select orders across India
  • Additional verification may be required before processing COD orders
  • Indivora reserves the right to decline COD orders in certain cases

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS
  • You can track your shipment in real time

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, our courier partner will re-attempt delivery

If the order remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

Indivora is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
